A town that is small in Santa Catarina, called Treze Trilhas in Santa Catarina, is the Santa Dinfna Hotel, an ancient and imposing structure that is believed to be at the heart of a myriad of supernatural and uncontrollable phenomena.
Roberto is a new journalist who works with Stephanie. They conduct investigations and research the reported incidents within the region.
